Collaborate's founder, Monique Rotik, has 30 years of research experience which spans a wide range of methods, audiences and contexts.
For the past 12 years, she has focused on social research across a number of policy areas including energy, communications, financial services, work and welfare, and health and social care.
Monique has specialist skills in qualitative, deliberative and behavioural research methods, and regularly engages with vulnerable and disadvantaged audiences.​

She collaborates with other experts and specialist suppliers to deliver projects of all shapes and sizes.
